i went to the 'harz' for a one day skiing/snowboarding trip last weekend with my girlfriend and her family. we rented a snowboard for me and skiers for my girlfriend, her little sister and an other friend of hers. my snowboard was crap and the resited to build my soft-boots on it these little fuckers, so ill have to buy my own board next time...
... anyhow, we had lots of fun in the snow, even the weather was disgusting (after some time we had an icy crust on our clouthing), the short slope and the crappy staff we had to deal with.

roman, a good friend of mine from kiel came bye on saturday. we had a couple of beers and decided, that we should go for some sushi. after a intensive research on the web we found out, that it is not possible to get a sushi delivery at 10 pm on weekends, only god knows why...
so we headed out towards 'sternschanze' where we found some sushi restaurants, which were literally closing when we arrived. after that hard breakdown we decided that some greek food would serve as well...

after the greek intermezzo it was time to have some laisure time on 'hamburger berg'. we had a fun time there including alcohol, music, girls and some ten turkish guys who thought it would be a great idea to piss us off...

christmas with the schröders

we had a nice family-christmas at the appartment of my brother in berlin. nearly the whole family came together to celebrate:
- mom and dad
- my sister with her boyfriend (he only stayed till one day before christmas)
- my brother and his girlfriend
- the father of my brothers girlfriend
- me (my girlfriend stayed with her family :-/ )

on christmas eve we cocked dinner for several hours and had a pleasant meal with around 10 courses (but we only made it to about 6, cause it was way too much to eat). let me remember what it was:

- potatoe-soup with shrimps
- steak
- 'endivien'-salad
- melon with bacon
- dates with bacon (grilled)
- antipasti (mixed, with lots of garlic)
- lever with apple
- apple-baigners
- filled-aubergine gratinate with cheese
- ...

there was more but i cant remember...

before we could cook we went to a nice market around the corner where we bought the stuff for dinner. if you go there you dont have to eat lunch afterwards, because you can test the stuff they sell there at every corner for free :-) so we were smelling like tzaziki already at lunchtime.

at one point we saw a dog, that looked freaky eaky, something like a dracula-dog-pig-ass, but see yourself:

after dinner we headed for the church. my brother and me have a tradition, that we dont go to christmas church. instead we went out with a backpack and some beers in it and are going for a walk in the hope to find a pub that is open on christmas eve...
after half an hour we found a crumbled pub with four folks in it (including the bar tender), and so we joined them to have a beer and a sambuca with coffee-beans. it was really fun, cause such people are normaly really fucked up and so they were. they played a card game called chicago, wich my brother didnt understand for the 20 minutes we were there (and this guy is becoming an 'professor' degree?!).

after chruch we started to go for our presents, which is quite a confusing thing at our family...

i had some nice presents:

- plates and cups for my appartement (i only have this shady old stuff from my parents)
- a chrazy jumping rabbit (oldschool metal toy style, very funny) and some other small, funny things
- and the best of all: the old ford fiesta from my parents, jiiihaaaa

my brother had the same present for all of us, he invited us to the 'wintergarten' cabaret in berlin we went for the next evening:

it was a really funny mix from scetches to artistics with an italian presenter that was so funny that i nearly wet my pants...

the next day we had breakfast at the hotel of our parents. there we met an old friend of my parents with whome we went for 'ZOO' ('berlin zoologischer garten'). where we all had a nice time with fun in the sun:

it was very fine weather on saturday so my brother and i decided to take a drive on his scooter. poorly, its not working anymore. so we wanted to get it fixed by someone. we asked an other scooter-driver and he told us that there is some garage at the other side of the town that can handle it. after arriving there, the fucked up guy in the garage told us, that his mechanist is on vacation for a month and that he is not going to do anything about the scooter anyway. fucking bastard!
we pushed that scooter around the city for at least 4 hours. sweat dropping from our heads, people looking awkwardly when we passed by.
so, next weekend try it yourself! best workout you ever had! scooter-pushing is an upcoming sport for young people!

i just finished work on the beta version of a mail-tool. it is targeted on gmx-pop-mailboxes and winows-OS. it works on java, so it can easily be transformed to other OS. right now there is only basic functionallity for reading messages. in the next versions it will also implement actions for deleting mails or moving them into other folders.

i celebrated my 25th birthday on saturday. most of my family came to visit me in altona.

this weekend me and my girlfriend visited my sister and her boyfriend in ecktown aka eckernförde. we had some nice steak and sausages from the grill and a little bit to drink.

after finishing the last parts of meat, we went to the center of town to have some fun taking a ride on a ferris wheel and a ghost train. these were set up at the harbour because of the "piraten-tage" in ecktown.
at 12 pm we directed ourselfes to the k7-discotheque where we stayed till my lights went out...

this morning i did a training on a group of 10 people of the regiocast corporation. i showed them the progress of the intranet-applications, i am currently developing for them. it was not that bad, even though we arrived too late and i was soooo tired, because the garbage guys woke me at 6 am...

i just fetched a package from my packstation, wich contained a fresh pack of 512MB ddr2 bricks of ram. i put them into my schleptop and its running much better now. it is an upgrade from 512 to 1024 mb, which was needed badly, cause the laptop has to handle lots of server processes...
why didnt i take some pictures of my opened dell? is it because i'm stupid? probably!

my girlfried always moans about that i should get me a new haircut. she says the new one shall be "hippo-stylo" which means something like hip and stylish.
on saturday i had to go to the barber, cause the hair on my head already looked like some sheepish furr. i decided that it was time to do something that would surprise my girlfriend and so i told the hairdresser-woman, that i want a "hippo-stylo-haircut". she wondered about what that might be and we came to the conclusion, that we should keep the old haircut, but add some wisps of blond and black hair, wich looked like this:

last evening i went out with the 3 guys u can see on the fotos in the last post. we wanted to get something to eat and a cupple of bears, so we started out for the "einstein". but the guys were not confident with the food there, because most was meet and 2 of them are vegitarians and we left. in the second restaurant, wich was a noble italian one, we thought it was to pricy. not the food, but the beer! we packted our jackets and left a second time.
we sticked to the german slogan "aller guten dinge sind drei" (somewhat like the 3. is the best) and went to a sportsbar at the holstein-stadium where the kieler soccer-team is located.

its thursday, and i got up early to jump on a train to kiel (even though my back still hurts) in order to visit wquadrat, my current employer. i wanted to meet with dirk, my boss, to discuss the progress of the work, i 've been doing for them.
alas dirk is ill, so there is no meeting :-/
but i had some nice time meeting my brother and some of his former collegues of the university of kiel. we went to the mensa and had lunch (pizza for me).

i like this day even though my virus scanner put on some alarm and my back is aching like hell.
the reason i am confident with this tuesday is because of the 2 new gimmics i can now call my own:

a visa card

i ordered the stick at amazon store on sunday, man amazon is fast! i just fetched it from my packstation:

and finally i can bye songs on the apple music store with my new silvery-glistening visa card, wich i got from the sparkasse.

i just went to the mail-station to check in a package that i saled to some stupid guy at amazon marketplace, that wants to learn c++ from a 5 year old book of mine...
on my way out i had the luck to see this DHL-guy fill the packstation. the packstation is the most recent feature that DHL added to its services. you can create an account at DHL and let send all your packages to this station, so that you can fetch them from there any time you want. its nice and clean and you dont have to rely on stupid package-carries like UPS employes (these fuckers come to you 3 days in a row at exactly the same time, nevermind u might not be there, like the last day at that hour...).
where was i? oh, i saw that guy filling the station, which was less exciting than i thought. nevermind i took a picture of it (i made a better one, but my fucking motorola killed itself while saving it...).

BHW in the house

today mark and me welcomed a guy from BHW who wanted to tell me about my loan contract.
its awfull to see those people beeing kind to you even if they have to sit in your kitchen witch is not cleaned up at all and the wast basket is just beneth their chair. its all for the money...
